Extrusion Prototyping

Plastic extrusion is a manufacturing process through which plastic is melted, shaped into a continuours profile, and cut to length. This process is used for a wide variety of items with materials including PC、PS、PP、ABS, PVC, PMMA and so on.

We currently extrudes an endless variety of plastic profiles, tubing, rod, or co-extruded parts. Also, we work with our partner to provide aluminum extrusion prototyping service to customers.
